Estimate Confirmation: This is an initial estimate. We will contact you to finalize your appointment details. Hourly Rate: We charge $65 per person per hour with a minimum of 4 hours required. We typically work in teams of two, but occasionally, you may have a single technician. Additional Services: Pricing does not include extras (e.g., Garage, inside fridge, etc.). We do not hand wash dishes. Supplies and Equipment: We provide all necessary supplies and equipment for the cleaning service. Insurance: We are fully insured for your peace of mind. Deposit Policy: A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Rescheduling: To reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours cannot be accommodated. If you need to reschedule after the 48-hour window, you will need to pay another non-refundable deposit. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel on the day of the cleaning, an additional 50% fee will be charged, totaling 75% of the scheduled cleaning cost. For move-in/move-out cleanings, the home must be completely free of trash, debris, and belongings; otherwise, additional fees will apply. There must be running water, electricity, air conditioning, and heat. We do not work while other contractors, such as cable companies, moving companies, or repairmen, are in the home. If there are other contractors present, we will leave, and you will be charged the full amount of the cleaning. Refund Policy: No monetary refunds are provided. Final Inspection: All cleanings must be inspected before our team leaves the premises. We do not offer re-cleaning services. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
